Our estate offers exclusive, adults-only accommodation set within the secluded 30-acre Clayfields Hunter Valley property. Owned and operated by partners Stanford and Mike, the estate was envisioned as a quiet, authentic sanctuary where guests can completely slow down, connect with the landscape, and experience the region at their own pace.

Beyond its two private luxury villas, the property serves as the home of Clayfields Artisan Honey. Active, working apiaries are scattered throughout the estate, allowing the bees to forage on the native seasonal botanicals and old-growth Ironbark blossoms of Pokolbin. Driven by sustainability and a deep respect for the land, the premium honey is harvested and bottled raw and completely unfiltered to preserve its natural integrity.

For Stanford and Mike, the estate is a living, working landscape, and they are incredibly proud to welcome visitors to this unique pocket of the Hunter Valley.
